Febi Yonesta is a co-founder and the managing partner of FAIR Law Firm. Throughout two decades of legal practice, Yonesta is an acknowledged expert in Indonesian international and domestic criminal and human rights law. He has also developed expertise in organizational structure law, including the legal regime governing foundation and association in Indonesia.

Prior to establishing this firm, Yonesta was a prominent  public legal aid lawyer at LBH Jakarta, becoming its Director in 2012-2015. He subsequently served as one of YLBHI Chairpersons in 2017-2021. He currently still serves as the Head of Pro Bono and Legal Aid at the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Advocates Association (RBA).

Aside from being well versed in criminal, civil and administrative litigation as well as in judicial review proceedings before the Constitutional and Supreme Court. He is also experienced in the fields of labor, immigration, family, housing and land law. Yonesta also maintains an extensive international public lawyers network. He has served as the Coordinator of the Southeast Asia Public Interest Lawyer (SEAPIL) network and the Steering Committee of the USA-based Global Network of Movement Lawyers (GNML).
